Judy\u2019s Ginger Cake <\/span><\/p>\n

1 1\/2 cups Pl flour<\/span>
1 cup SR flour<\/span>
1 tsp soda bic<\/span>
2 tsp ground ginger<\/span>
\u00bd tsp cinnamon<\/span>
\u00bd tsp mixed spice<\/span>
Pinch salt<\/span>
1 cup caster  sugar<\/span>
2 eggs<\/span>
4 tbsp instant coffee<\/span>
1 cup water<\/span>
4 oz butter<\/span>
I  tbsp vanilla<\/span>
1 cup golden syrup<\/span><\/td>\n		<\/td>\nGrease and flour a cake tin.<\/span>
Combine all <\/span>dry<\/span> ingredients<\/span>
Add eggs,  water and mix. <\/span>
Melt butter and golden syrup together.<\/span>
Add to main mixture and beat together.<\/span>
Bake in a moderate oven 1 hour to 1 hour 15 mins. Cool and ice\/frost .<\/span>
